please don’t connect the watch with the phone firstly, otherwise you will not find the bluetooth on the APP. the APP is main platform to connect. Go to the APP and connect on the APP.
a. If you can’t search for Bluetooth, please check the watch Bluetooth and network if it is normal and if the watch is connected to other devices (the unconnected icon shows white, the connection shows blue successfully), and you can see it after pulling down the watch.
b. If the search or connection is not successful, most of them are mobile phone network and Bluetooth problems, connect more times, or wait a while to reconnect.
c. Be sure to connect on the app. if connecting on the settings, go to the app and you can’t find WATCH Bluetooth.
d. For the Apple mobile phone to disconnect the app Bluetooth, it needs to be set to disconnect the Bluetooth on the settings, otherwise the Bluetooth is still connected by the mobile phone..

a. When the watch does not receive the information, check if the Bluetooth connection is successful and the network is normal. If it is normal, you can disconnect the Bluetooth to reconnect or restore the factory settings.
b. Every time you open the app, it shows that you are connecting and then syncing is normal.
c. Sedentary reminder, raise your hand to brighten, do not disturb mode unified by mobile app.
d. Apple mobile app connection needs to wait for the pairing program to jump out and then click to agree. If the app is not connected successfully, it will not receive information and calls.

If you receive the watch that does not turn on, it may be that the watch has collided during transportation and the battery Seiko board has started self-protection. It can be activated as long as the charging cable is plugged in for charging.

If the battery is too low, or the watch has not been used for a long time and it will not turn on,  pls plug in the charging cable to charge for more than half an hour to activate.

Except for DT NO.I models, batteries in the new watches are installed before shipments, in order to check if the functions are working properly according to watch design. Therefore, please be noted that those batteries may have run down a certain extent by the time of purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions about Bluetooth Connection

  1. Android mobile phone needs to turn on the GPS positioning system. If the display is turned on, turn it off and on again(Because some Android phones will automatically turn off, but the settings also show the on status)
  2. In the case of network instability, Bluetooth can not be searched
  3. Android: enter settings > application > permission management > find app > select all permissions.
  4. Check the color of bluetooth icon in drop down interface (If it is blue, it means it has been bound by other devices and cannot be searched) You need to find the corresponding device to unbind. If you are sure that your mobile phone is connected to the watch, you need to close the app and open it again. If you are close to the watch, the device will connect automatically.
  5. When the app is unbound, the IOS needs to go to the setting interface to ignore Bluetooth device, otherwise the watch is still connected, and the watch will not be searched by other devices.
  1. When the IOS connects to the device, a pairing box will pop up. You need to click “agree” and then pair; If some functions of the app are missing after successful connection, it means false connection (message cannot be received), Disconnect app with Bluetooth device and ignore it at setting interface then reconnect;
  2. Cannot receive message (If you log in on the computer or no message pop on the phone, the watch can not receive the message, as for Android system, do not close the app background when receiving messages and calls)
  3. watch when calling (Check whether the watch is connected to the mobile phone and whether there is a false connection)
  4. Android: enter settings > application > permission management > find app > select all permissions.
  1. If the connection is successful, it shows that it is not connected (unbind and reconnect)
  2. sync after connection (Click the button on top left corner of the app and click sync. If it still doesn’t work, disconnect and reconnect)
  3. Automatic disconnection during use (In the process of connecting the watch, if the mobile phone leaves the device for 2 minutes, the watch will automatically disconnect. You need to open the app to synchronize again, and Android needs to connect again) Do not rule out hardware problems.
